There was no housekeeping while there on our 3 day stay, but they would, upon request, give you fresh towels if you called them and then they would leave them outside your room. A minor point, lots of channels to watch but ZERO network channels for news.
The room was very nice with a seating area so we didn't have to sit on the bed to watch tv. We left, grabbed a drink in the Casino bar, and returned at 3. The reception clerk was preoccupied with something and barely made eye contact.
C'mon guys, what a bogus idea, especially on an expensive suite. We asked if the room might be ready and if we could check in was not ready, but had it been.$20 to check in before 3. Well, we arrived about 2 hours earlier than planned and 2 hours ahead of the advertised checkin time of 3PM.
